All apartments have large terraces and are divided into: dining area with fully equipped kitchen (dishes, hot plates, microwave oven, refrigerator, mini freezer and dishwasher), living area with double sofa-bed, private bathroom with bathtub / shower and sleeping room furnished with a double bed or two single beds depending on the needs.

All the apartments have air-conditioning, safe, television and decoder.

The one-bedroom apartment offers an excellent accommodation for middle- or long-term stays, but also for those who want larger rooms than the studio apartment.

The Residence “Le Querce” offers its guests seven two-bedrooms apartments of 54 square meters. All apartments have large terraces and are divided into: dining area with fully equipped kitchen (dishes, hot plates, microwave oven, refrigerator, mini freezer and dishwasher), living area with double sofa-bed, private bathroom with bathtub / shower, sleeping room furnished with a double bed or two single beds depending on the needs and a single bed bedroom.

All the apartments have air conditioning, safe, television and decoder.

The two-bedrooms apartment is the ideal solution for long-term stays, for three or four persons and families with children.
